NINNOLO GELATO started its operation in the summer of 2011 after two years of research in various parts of the world, looking for natural products from local small producers to create a unique handmade gelato with the purest ingredients!
What makes NINNOLO creamy ice cream unique is that it is made daily by hand, following traditional Italian recipes and techniques. For its preparation, we use fresh Greek milk and fresh seasonal fruits, while no cream, butter, eggs and artificial additives are used.
With the same philosophy and using the purest raw materials, without preservatives and substitutes, we created the new range of Gelato & Semifredo Sticks as well as Shot Glasses Desserts (sweets in a glass). At the high-end NINNOLO stores, besides the excellent gelato, you will also discover sophisticated salty dishes inspired by our product search and international gastronomy that stand out for their way of cooking and their special taste, utilizing the products of small producers with the most ideal way.
In the new proposals of 2019, Gelato Di Fiore (ice-shaped flower), the popular Pufflecone (waffle waffle with ice cream), the delicious Waffliterol (waffle with proffiterol and ice cream) and Tsoureki have been added to delight the gelato NINNOLO. -sokolata (a fresh bake with melted chocolate and ice cream) that have already won the public's impressions.
